Community Carers specializes in providing home care package solutions and services for clients receiving home care funding that builds strong and lasting connections achieving regular schedules and consistent care workers. Clients can plan their day and feel comfortable accepting ongoing care, helping them to feel safe and well cared for. Community Carers recognizes that a Home Care Package is all about you. Taking the time to understand your health conditions, home environment, and support circumstances, we strive to create personalized and innovative solutions, helping clients to connect with resources that have specific skills and interests that match yours.
We aim to offer clients the same Home Care Employee every time. We believe the way to guarantee this is to consistently implement regular appointment times and match clients with Home Care Employee who have the right skils and experience to meet clients care needs. We help to create genuine connections between clients and Home Care Employees, this makes our clients happier and more loyal, and our staff more reliable.
Community Carers is a local business, founded and led by a Registered Nurse & Cert IV who have more than 35 years of combined industry experience. Our team is made up of Home Helpers, Care Workers, Case Managers, and Registered Nurses.
Employees delivering services involving personal care have a minimum Certificate 3 qualification. We offer an internal education program that addresses mandatory modules set out by the Quality Commission, as well as learning outcomes relevant to each position and client. We also can support staff to gain qualifications in certificate 3, certificate 4, and diploma pathways, if they wish to diversify their skills.

We do not charge a basic daily fee.
All clients engaging services that require transport or staff to run errands will incur a travel cost (price per kilometer). Kilometers are charged at $1.20/KM
some services may be subject to a staff travel cost (price per kilometer). This will be determined by the location of the client, the location of the staff, and the distance trave led between clients.
